FWCS UK Ltd places great emphasis on Health and Safety and will take all possible steps to ensure that the conditions it's operatives work in are safe and without risk to themselves or to others.
FWCS UK Ltd seek to promote safe and healthy working conditions, which create vital safeguards for both clients and operatives. Each employee is to ensure the health and safety of themselves and others by:
· Making themselves familiar with the contents of the Health and Safety manual. · Reporting all accidents, whether anyone is injured or not. · Reporting all hazards or persons creating hazards. · Conforming to all written and verbal instruction concerning health and safety.
Our Statement of General Policy is: The aim of FWCS UK Ltd is to establish a working environment where Health and Safety issues are understood and routinely implemented. To this end, it is the policy of FWCS UK Ltd to:- · To consult with our employees and clients on matters affecting their Health and Safety. · Ensure all employees comply with all aspects of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the management of Health and Safety Regulations 1992. · Set high standards of Safety by providing risk assessments and method statements for all sites. · Ensure that all employees are trained in their duties. · Ensure that all equipment is regularly inspected. · Ensure that protective clothing is provided and worn where appropriate. · Regularly review the company's Health and Safety Record in order to promote programmes of continuous improvement. · Set high standards of safety by providing risk assessments and method statements for all sites. · To provide and maintain equipment, chemicals and systems of work that are as safe as is reasonably practicable. · To make arrangements for ensuring, so far as is reasonably practicable, safety and abscence of risk in connection with the use, handling, storage and transportation of equipment and substances. First Aid and General fire safety facilities are applied. · Ensure all employees understand their responsibilities under the Health and Safety Act, i.e. they take reasonable care of themselves and maintain a regard both for their own Health and Safety and also that of others who may be affected by their actions. · Ensure that all employees understand that they have a statutory duty to co-operate with the company to ensure, that as so far as practicable, there are no conditions where it is possible for an accident to occur. · Regularly review the company's Health and Safety record in ordr to promote programmes of continuous improvement. · Our undertaking is conducted in such a way as to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that persons not in its employment who may be affected thereby are not exposed to risk to their health and safety.
